What we fix

Your PDF keeps its look. We add the structure underneath it, then check the result against PDF/UA and WCAG 2.1 AA.

Questions
What do I get back?
The fixed PDF for each file you uploaded, plus a short report showing what we changed and the result of the PDF/UA check.
Can patients still print it and fill it in by hand?
Yes. It looks and prints the same. It can now also be filled in on a computer or phone.
What about scanned paper forms?
If a page is only a picture of paper, we'll tell you before you pay. Those usually need to be rebuilt, and we can quote for that.
Why blank forms only?
A form with a patient's details on it is health information. We never need it, so please don't send it.
Do you keep my files?
Your files are deleted 30 days after delivery, so you have time to download them again.
