Billing questions

Who owns the website?

You do, from the day it launches: the design, the words, the photos and the domain.

What does the 12-month minimum mean?

You pay $299 a month for at least the first 12 months. After that, the plan continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

When do I pay the setup fee?

Half when we start the design and half at launch. Your monthly plan begins the month your site goes live.

How do I pay?

By card, through secure checkout. You'll get a receipt by email each month.

Can I keep my current domain and email?

Yes. We point your domain at the new site and leave your email where it is.
