What counts as a small update
About 30 minutes of work: new hours, a new photo, a new team member, a price or insurance change, a short text edit. Done within 2 business days. Unused updates don't carry over.

Website questions
Who owns the website?
You do, from day one, along with your domain. The plan has a 12-month minimum. After that it continues month to month, and if you ever leave, you keep your site.
Do you write the words?
We start from your current site and draft anything new in plain, friendly language. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
What about photos?
We use your own photos of your team and office, or licensed photos chosen to fit your practice. Every picture gets a description for screen readers.
How do patient forms work?
Our forms ask only for name, phone, email and a preferred time, never health information. For intake, we link to the forms your practice software already provides, or set up a HIPAA-compliant form service for $199.
Will my email change?
No. We move your website and leave your practice email exactly as it is.
What if I need more than 2 updates?
Each extra small update is $49, and bigger changes such as new pages are priced up front in the table above. We always tell you the price before we start.
